Memory issues on Acer 511 C736.when using the device in guest mode, and no apps running,

A handful of schools that my organization supports have been reporting problems with the Acer 511 C736. It looks to be memory related. In my own testing, when using the device in guest mode, and no apps running, memory usage looks normal, with about 2.5 GB available. But when using the device with an account and no apps running, only about 0.8 GB are available. I've tried with a few different user accounts and scenarios and the results are always the same: when logged in, most of the memory is being consumed by the OS and hardly any memory is available for apps. The same issue is happening on Dell 3110.

Look at the apps you push as the defaults for users. Something is using that extra memory and you may find that a 4GB system is just too small to support those.
