Your Acer Nitro AN16-41 laptop AMD Ryzen™ 7 7840HS/RTX4060 laptop has the following spec ports and their functions, on the Right Side – 1x USB 3.2 (Gen 2) -compliant, features power-off USB charging, while on the Front Side - 2x USB 3.2 Gen 2 compliant (speed up to 10 Gb/s) that are also a charging and a display out port, see the specs below. Or if the USB is faulty and your laptop is not under warranty then it will need a new USB board like this:

Good luck and hope this helps you out, and if you have any faulty USB ports and your laptop is under warranty send this laptop back to Acer Tech Support in your country so that they can fix this USB issue. or take your laptop to a technician in your area that fix this

Here are some additional steps to try:-

    1. Check USB Settings on Your Phone:

Ensure that the USB settings on your phone are configured correctly. To do this, go to your phone's Settings, look for USB connection options, and choose "File Transfer" or "MTP" (Media Transfer Protocol).

    1. Try Different USB Ports:

Try connecting your phone to different USB ports on your laptop. Sometimes, a specific USB port may have connection issues.

    1. Update Laptop USB Drivers:

Verify that the USB drivers on your laptop are up to date. You can do this by visiting the MSI website and looking for driver updates for your laptop model.

    1. Inspect the USB Cable:

Make sure the USB cable you're using for the connection isn't damaged. Faulty cables can sometimes cause connection problems.

    1. Use the Original Cable:

If you're using a third-party USB cable, try using the original cable that came with your phone.

    • Disable Airplane Mode:

Ensure your phone is not in "Airplane mode" as this can limit connectivity.
