Hello community, I would like to ask for your help to resolve a situation.

I recently acquired an Acer Nitro V15 and it came with Debia installed on it. I turned on to see if it was working and everything as OK.

I decided to install Windows 11 since I'm not very adept at Linux, but after installing and installing the drivers, the audio is no longer coming out and I can't find the Realtek driver installed for the speaker. Even going to the official Acer website and installing the Acer drivers I still can't find the device in the device manager. It is behaving as if it doesn't even have a sound system, even the headphone jack isn't working. If anyone could help me I would be grateful

I've been using my JBL speaker and some bluetooth headphones, and when I connect it to a TV the audio comes out normally through the television

You need to install the Intel Acer oem V15 (ANV15-51 or the ANV15-41) at the Acer laptops Support page for either the ANV15-51 or the ANV15-41 pages and download and do a clean install of the Intel graphics driver, and the Realtek audio driver then do a clen install of the latest dedicated NVidia gpu with its latest Win-11 game ready driver for whatever NVidia gpu your laptop has, as all this will appropriate all the needed audio drivers for your laptop as the win-11 installation must not have installed these drivers properly. Try that and let us know how it worked out. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

This is how the Sound video and game controllers should look like in your Device Manager after the reinstallation of all the drivers above

Thanks for answering me Steven, unfortunately, it didn't work the system can't recognize the existence of the device since the Realtek device doesn't appear, it can't install the secondary audio systems from Intel, only the Nvidia ones are showing up, already that the GPU is working.

I will take a break and try again some other day since it's not bothering me much. I'm just sad that I can't enjoy 100% of my recently purchased product and again I would like to thank you for your help.
