Hello, my name is Yash Rajput and i recently purchase Nitro V for gaming and YouTube Content Creation.

Let's get to the point, My laptop specs: -

Nitro AN515-51

i5-13th gen, RTX3050 - 6GB, 16 GB DDR5 RAM and 512 GB SSD NVMe (With Name you can check more details). So I want to expand my SSD and RAM, and I Have so many Questions and confusions as i am not that techie. Like is it okay to add 16 GB DDR5 Ram and upgrade to 32 GB or DDR5 would not get compatible to it? Is it okay to add 1TB WD SN770 or it would not that suitable or fit compatible in it. I also got reccomendations like my laptop only fits 2.5 inch ssd and crucial website says my laptop compatibility is only that 2.5 inch slow ssd is. Also if i adds a slow ssd with 500mbps and puts my heavy game in it, will it not works properly? and recommendations like up to which i can upgrade like limitations and with what specs if i upgrade it would not slow or heat or cause any issue [for my laptop] ………

…...Waiting for your help Guyz 🤔😭

Hi @yashraj1129 your computer can be expanded up to 32GB of memory distributed in two slots that each support up to 16GB. The memory modules must have the following characteristics, DDR4 2133/2400:

Regarding the larger compatible SSDs, here is a list but I don't see any larger than 512GB:

Upgrading memory or SSD requires a little more power consumption, but your computer and power supply are prepared for it, and it should not cause any problems with operation or heating.

    All the best.

I believe your laptop model is Acer Nitro V 15 (ANV15-51)?

Yes, you can upgrade to 32GB DDR5-5200MTs maximum, there are two RAM slots if the first slot contains 16GB DDR5-5200MT/s you should match that module in every detail in the 2nd slot so it will run in Dual Channel mode. This model comes with 2 PCIe M.2 slots for SSDs, Slot 1 is for a Gen 4x4 SSD like the Samsung 990 Evo 1TB or more or the 1TB WD Black SN770, the second slot is for a Gen 3x4 like the Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1TB.
