hello, I have a big problem with fps drops in games like fortnite or rainbow six siege fps are not constant at all and often drop below 100, sometimes it drops below 10 fps and the game freezes for a second, I've tried a lot of things and nothing it didn't helped, what do i do please help.

It could be throttling setting in, try reducing game graphics levels and see if that helps. Adding a laptop cooler too would help.

The N50-640 is a desktop, so a laptop cooler isn't going to be of much help. :) Which GPU card do you have? They shipped with several different ones. Which drive is installed, a 1TB or 2TB HDD or the smaller 256GB, 512GB or 1TB SSD? The drive will make a huge difference in performance. How much memory do you have installed? They came with 4GB, 8GB or 16GB IIRC, with the maximum allowed at 64GB. If you are running low on memory on a system that has a HDD it wouldn't be unusual for the FPS to drop by a factor of 10 or more.
