Acer Aspire C2-1600 all usb ports non-functioning, mouse/keyboard doesn't work, unable to log in.

All the usb ports on the all-in-one are not working. The HDMI for the second monitor is. Computer boots to log in screen but as the supplied mouse/keyboard doesn't work, unable to log in. Tried connecting another wireless mouse/keyboard and also a wired set-up but neither are working. How am I meant to log-in

    Maybe C22-1600? C24? C27? We need the rest of the model number to be able to give many suggestions… How old is it, still in warranty? For most AIOs the USB ports are all soldered to the motherboard, so there's not much that can go wrong with them physically. I assume you don't have a touch screen on your model, so can't use the on screen keyboard to get much farther. Can you get into the BIOS? If so we know the keyboard issue is with the OS rather than the hardware…
