Hello! If I get to the point, my laptop's SN is NXEFAER050************. Please if you understand, check my device info and tell me can I upgrade my RAM or it's integrated to motherboard. 2GB RAM is unusable right now.

Hi, look at the back of your laptop there is a model number like Aspire E | E5-475-30ZC or TravelMate 8571 something like that, we cannot use SNID or Serial numbers, we need the full Laptop model number that is also mentioned in your BIOS on the first INFO page, delete that SN number in your post as that is private info.

I believe that is an Acer Extensa EX2519, vintage 2015 or so. If so, it supports up to a single 8GB module, DDR3L SDRAM in a SO-DIMM package at 1600 MHz. Note the DDR3L, which runs at a different voltage than DDR3 without the L. So, you should be able to bump that up from the current 2GB to 8GB by just changing that module.
