Your charging cable could be loose, unplugged, or damaged. Your charging cable could have a weak connection because it wasn't made by your laptop's manufacturer. Your charging ports could be clogged with dirt or debris that is keeping it from powering up properly. A laptop tune-up and thorough cleaning can help. Try disconnecting the power cord and taking out the battery for a few minutes before reinserting it and plugging your laptop back in. If this doesn't fix the problem, you might need to restore your laptop's operating system back to its previous version or take it to a professional repair shop.
A hard reset can sometimes resolve power issues:-
Unplug the power cord and remove the battery (if possible).
Hold down the power button for 30 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord (but not the battery) and try turning on the laptop.
