Hi, I believe your full laptop model is Aspire 3 A315-43-R934 It comes with two M.2 slots, the main slot (marked 1) with the Samsung MZ VL45120 SSD (your picture) is a 4x4 Gen4 slot like the specs in that link you posted, and the second M.2 slot (marked 2) is a PCIe 3x4 for a NVMe Gen3 SSD like the Samsung 970 Evo Plus up to 2TB. Slot 2 will also take a NVMe Gen4 SSD but it will run at half the rated speed in a 3x4 slot.
