Hello, everyone. Hope you can help me with this concern.

I have a concern about my laptop, Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-57). For context, I bought this laptop on August 14, 2022, 2 years ago. I also used this most of the time. I used my laptop mainly for school staff like Zoom meetings, recording, documents, programming, and gaming like Roblox, Sky: COTL, and Genshin Impact, which I no longer play and install.

Since I bought this laptop and use it frequently, I had issues with the battery going down quickly within an hour and a half. I know that it's common for gaming laptop batteries to go down quickly. Even so, I still searched for how to fix it and came across a post to calibrate the battery (I haven't done it yet) and change the battery limit to 80%. For over a week, I changed my battery charge limit from 100% to 80%.

My main concern is, that I just found out today that the battery charging indicator light is not on. I already try to turn off and turn on my laptop and still, it doesn't light up. My laptop is still charging because the battery icon still has a thunderlight icon and a pop-up message that it still charging.

For additional context, I have not yet cleaned my laptop since I bought it, and the temperature rises higher if I play or do some heavy multitasking. That's why I'm planning to clean my laptop before the year-end.

I just want to know about any possible issues with my laptop, so I can fix it and if I can't, I can inform the technician when I'm bringing it for cleaning.

Thank you so much, and have a nice day ahead.
