I bought an Acer Nitro 5 v15 a little more than 1 week.

I upgraded RAM to 32Gb and also installed 2Tb nvme as well to have both nvme running.

Today I was in the middle of Quantum Computing classroom, and suddenly rebooted and haven't came back to up anymore. I tried several times, holding power button for several seconds to force battery reset. Nothing worked. I also tried to remove RAM and NVMe I have installed and put back to default, and still the same.

So I found some info about the pinhole button to force battery reset and voilá. Back to work with 32Gb and dual NVMe, BUT, I need to do so, almost every single time I want to use it.

Why? How can I fix this definitivelly?

I am Arch Linux Native Heavy User, running i3 wayland, but I doubt it is a system issue, since the laptop before pinhole reset do not even bootup, it stucks in black screen, not even showing up logo or Bios.
