I have Acer Aspire E5-475G. My touchpad was set to basic mode in the BIOS screen, and decided to switch to advance. After doing so, my touchpad won't work. I did see a reminder saying that i2c driver must be installed to use advance feature.

I've checked the device manager and it has a yellow mark (picture). I tried starting it but it says it can't start (picture).
