  • Hello! Can you tell me the exact model of your computer and the Bluetooth device you are trying to connect? Have you checked the device manager for any problematic devices?

  • Try a refresh of the BT driver in Device Manager for your BT speakers like this:

Go to > Device Manager > Bluetooth > select the whichever BT card your laptop has > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the latest BT driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, reboot the laptop, as afterwards your BT should work. Repair the BT speakers again as they should connect to your laptop.

If not, then uninstall the Bluetooth driver from Control Panel and reinstall the Acer oem driver for your laptop model as that should work 100%, do not use a new BT updated driver for the BT model card as that could be the reason. This happens on my Nitro AN515-56 laptop where my laptop only works with the Acer provided Support driver for the BT card the Killer version: 22.40.0.2 driver that is ad driver from 11 Nov 2021 and NOT with any new Killer BT drivers, but it works with new Killer Wi-Fi drivers. Try this out and good luck and hope this helps you out.
