I registered my product but it's not showing up in My Products section in my dasboard.

I got the email that my product is registered but it's not showing up in my products. Pls solve this issue ASAP.

  • Acer community is not part and/or can do anything with registration(s) of Acer products and/or web sites, Acer in your country, you need to be patient and wait as it takes a period of time before your product caption and registration is shown in your Acer account online.     If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.  They will provide you more details.

    Additional info to contact Acer Store:  Please visit the website - support.acer.com - chose your country - click on shop.   You can buy desktop, laptop, monitor and accessories.  Alternatively,  on the top right corner you can find the phone no to contact Acer store.  They will provide you more details.
