Acer Predator laptop Serial Number not registered locally - Need help with Warranty Service

I purchased an Acer Predator(S/N-NHQC2SA0072************) laptop through Amazon.ae on jun09- 2023. I am currently experiencing some issues with it. When I visited the service centre to address the problem, I encountered an issue with the serial number when ordering parts. It appears that the serial number of the product I bought is not registered in the Middle East. The service centre informed me that the serial number indicates it was purchased from another country and can only be serviced by Acer. They also mentioned that servicing the laptop is possible if I obtain a service request mail from Acer. Since the laptop is still under warranty, I would like to have it serviced before the warranty expires to avoid potential higher costs. I look forward to your response. I have attached a picture of the serial number of the laptop and the purchase receipt.
