Laptop Freeze after installing AMD Display Driver in Acer Aspire 3 A314-22

Hello, first of all it will be kinda long question.

So my uncle gave me his old work laptop (Acer Aspire 3 A314-22), it works okay, until one day I realized that it got no Display Driver. So I install the AMD Display Driver from Acer driver page.

After the installation, the laptop suddenly got turned off. So I turned it on again, but after logged in, only few seconds in, the laptop got turned off again. I tried to boot into safe mode, uninstall the display driver (with DDU), restart, it works fine again, but without display driver.

I tried installing the driver from AMD website, but still, either the laptop freeze or it will restart again as soon as I logged in into windows.

Does got the same issue and have any reccomendation? I already stuck with this problems for 3 days, I also tried to do fresh install of both Windows 10 and 11 both with no luck.

the specs for the laptop is:

Acer Aspire 3 A314-22

AMD Ryzen 3 3250U

AMD Radeon

12 GB RAM DDR4

NVME SSD 250 GB Storage

Windows 10 Home Single Language

Follow below steps-

Disable Automatic Driver Updates: To prevent Windows from automatically replacing your driver with a problematic version, disable automatic driver updates. This can be done through the Advanced System Settings under Device Installation Settings. (You check Google too)
Clean Uninstall and Reinstall: Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in Safe Mode to completely remove any existing AMD drivers. After that, try installing the drivers directly from the Acer support page rather than the AMD website, as manufacturer-specific drivers can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.

Just in addition and for your information, these are the specs of your Aspire A314-22 laptop graphics. see this specific guide for Wion-11 here "How to disable automatic driver install on Windows 11" for the OS of the Aspire A314-22 laptop and follow this guide to disable the automatic windows update driver update like you are getting for the AMD graphics driver that is causing the problems that you are experiencing, good luck as this works the same for the Intel graphics drivers that windows update automatically update to also and I've used to disable the automatic update and it works. Hey thanks, as I re-search the driver page for the laptop, I found 3 VGA driver selection.

So I guess I should download the UMA, right?

So I tried Clean Uninstall and Reinstall: Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in Safe Mode (using the driver I downloaded from Acer website). But still the laptop either freeze or turned off as soon as it logged in into windows.

I guess I just block the automatic driver updates from windows update, and try to live with the "Generic Microsoft Display Driver". Thanks for all the suggestions guys, if anyone read this and have any other suggestions I always welcome it and will try to do it.
