If you are unable to uninstall the Acer App Monitor Plugin from the Control Panel, you can try the following steps:

    1. Open the Windows Run dialog by pressing the Windows key + R.
    2. Type appwiz.cpl and press Enter. This will open the Programs and Features window in Control Panel.
    3. Look for "Acer User Experience Improvement Program" in the list of installed programs. If you see it, select it and click the "Uninstall" button.
    4. If the program is still not listed, open File Explorer and navigate to the following folder:
      C:\Program Files\Acer\User Experience Improvement Program\Plugin\AppMonitor
    5. Look for a file called AppMonitorPlugIn.exe and delete the entire folder containing it.
    6. If you are unable to delete the folder because a program is using it, restart your computer in Safe Mode and try deleting it again.
    7. If the issue persists, you can try using a third-party uninstaller tool like Revo Uninstaller or IObit Uninstaller to forcefully remove the plugin.

Remember, the App Monitor Plugin is part of Acer's User Experience Improvement Program, which collects usage data to help Acer improve their products. Uninstalling it will not affect your computer's functionality but may limit Acer's ability to gather feedback from your device.
