Battery problem with my Acer-Extensa15, operating very slowly, automatically shutting-down.

Hi! I'm having problems with my Acer-Extensa15. It is having problems since yesterday afternoon. It is operating very slowly, and it is being automatically shut down when i unplug the charger. It was completely fine till yesterday 1PM. I'm a beginner IT student and i really need to fix my laptop so please help me. Thankyou in advance for your help.

    I understand you say " It is having problems since yesterday afternoon.."

    Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue.. 

    Try windows x
    click on power shell admin or command prompt admin or Windows Terminal admin
    type rstrui
    chose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine  
    click on next, finish, yes
    It will restore your computer to an earlier date 
    if you get an message - system restore not completed - click on close 
    It will show you all the icons..
    Try and check whether it is working now ..

    Hi, I recommend uninstalling all 3rd-party browsers, antivirus programs and bloatware, check your background processes in Task Manager that should not be much more than 75 and keep the power adapter plugged in 24/7 and the battery fully charged to 100%.

    It looks like you might have done something to limit the charge level as well, the graph you show seems to force it to stop charging at 80% or so. We don't recommend that as there isn't a real benefit. Put it back to normal and allow full charge levels.
