Monitor glitching issue, monitor is not working

My monitor is not working from 15 August and case registered at 18 August. It has been 24 Days till today. My product is yet not repaired. It has been the worst experience in terms of customer service.

I had recommended acer product in my YouTube channel also with my family and friends.

It's a shame that you cannot even give satisfactory solution or any estimated time. Whenever I call customer support they say same thing again and again. When I tried to talk to senior, they dropped the call then again I tried, they said senior are busy.

just want to ask how many years does it take to just repair/replace my monitor
