Hello, today I saw that I have weird white dots on the screen, probably i damaged the screen somehow cuz i have been using laptop since one year now and never seen this before. Also the screen was damaged earlier ( i think ) because i have white little colors on the bottom of the screen. And can dots make the screen worse, spread or even make screen unaccesable? How can I check for other defects on the screen? Also im stressful of the other parts of the laptop, if they are damaged. Below are the screens of monitor. Sorry for my english

(Its not as white as on the photos )

I understand you see the dots on the laptop screen. Tap f2 ( or del key for Desktop connected to monitors ) while turning on the laptop. It will go to bios. If you see the dots on the bios then it is a hardware issue. If you dont see any dots on bios screen then it might be a sofware issue. If it is a software we can reinstall the display drivers and check.

Hi, I recommend sending the laptop to Acer Services in your country to check the EDP/LCD cable connection that may be bad, you have 2-year warranty.

Im 99% its hardware. Even when laptop is disabled i can see this. I have warranty, but do I have to send them the device physically to acccept or deny the warranty or I can contact them online, describe my problem and then they can tell me if they accept warranty? Also if they would deny, is there any way to check how much does it costs to repair my laptop? But What If those dots wont spread? Can i safely use the laptop, because they dont disturb me much but i'm worried about safety of the device
