  • Use the Fn Key

    1. Toggle Num Lock: If your model has a Num Lock function, press Fn + F11 or Fn + F12 to disable it. Check your keyboard for a Num Lock symbol on these keys.

Exactly. Some laptops have a function (Fn) key that can be used in combination with other keys to toggle Num Lock on or off. Check if there's an Fn key on your laptop and if it has any Num Lock-related functions. Try pressing it along with the Num Lock key to see if it resolves the issue.
On most computers, you can disable the number lock using the NumLock key or a combination of FN and one of the function keys F1-F12. If your computer does not have a NumLock key like the Predator PT515-52s, you can use the on-screen keyboard in Windows 11 to enable or disable the number lock.

There are at least five different base models of the Swift Go 14, with literally hundreds of SKUs. None that I know of have a numeric keypad, there's just not enough room in the 14" form factor. Most, if not all, of them don't have a provision for using 8,9,0,i,o,p,j,k,l,n,m,, as a numeric keypad, or at least they don't call those out as alternate key mappings on the keyboard itself. If you have somehow turned on the NumLk function, then use the on screen keyboard in full width mode to turn it back off.
