Hi, boot in Safe Mode (in Windows hold the shift key down and click on Start-Power-Restart). Open some settings and test if the same thing happens in Safe Mode. If the same problem, press the Windows key + R and type MSConfig.exe and select Safe Boot, disable all non-Windows services and click on Apply. Reboot in Safe Boot and check if that works. If still unable to keep setting apps open, you have a corrupted system. Press the Windows Key again + R and type MSConfig.exe, clear the Safe Boot check box (second screen) and click on Enable all services (3rd screen), click on Apply and reboot to Windows and go online (internet) open the command prompt as administrator, paste this: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press enter, after that paste this in the same command prompt: SFC /scannow and press enter, that will repair some files, repeat the SFC command till you see "….did not find any integrity violations". If you are unable to do any of these methods you may have a virus and the best thing to do is Reset this PC, type reset in the Search bar and select without losing your files option. If that fails too, shut down and reboot, as soon as you see the Acer logo press Alt + F10, that will open the blue Troubleshoot menu and select Reset this PC without losing your files.

How to Fix an Acer Laptop That Won't Turn On:-
    Connect the laptop to power.
Verify the laptop can receive power.
    Remove all external storage devices.
Remove all docks, hubs, monitors, and other attached peripherals.

Leave the laptop connected to power for several hours, like at night.
