Predator PH16-71: how do I know if the cooling system runs OK?

I think there's a problem: I run the CPU-heavy game (WH40k Space Marine 2), the coolers run on the highest speeds, but the CPU temperature is always 100 degrees even if the CPU load is not 100%. Also the air that goes out of the laptop is not too hot. Seems like the heat pipes are not working as they should.

I've had a similar problem before with MSI gaming laptop. Heat pipes were also not working properly and if there was even a little load - CPU started throttling, that's why I'm concerned and why I know about these types of cooling system malfunctioning

But I need to know exactly, if this is the actual problem. How can I say it with confidence to the company that I've bought my laptop from? They can run some simple test and say something like "you see, the laptop passed the test, nothing has been broken, good bye". I've had this type of response from MSI authorized service center and had to buy the heat pipe and replace it in the laptop on my own :(

P.S. CPU - 13700HX, GPU - RTX4070

P.P.S. I've also heard of the intel CPUs 13 and 14 gen problem. But there's no voltage options in the BIOS. So I'm under double strike: CPUs by themselves can brake and my heat pipes seems to malfunction :(

Under warranty, but as I wrote before: they can run tests and say that everything's OK, tests are passing.

Question was: how to be 100% sure that I've got a heat pipe problem? And even more: how to explain this to the seller?

1. How to make sure I do have or I don't have the heat pipes problem?
2. How to convincingly prove that the problem exists, if it does?

If Temperatures are showing 100°C even if it is or not that's not normal. How will you able to check exact temp?. It's not normal probably hardware related. Do all Monitoring software show same? Nitrosense/Predator sense, msi Afterburner, etc?

But the question is: what's the point in using any other soft if the air from coolers is not hot?

Maybe anyone has a similar laptop and we can compare temperatures and results in some benchmarks?

In future if it actually heat then you womanly to know and pc will damage. Wrong temp will cause system throttling and change in fan speed.

I got a 13900HX and 4070. Mine goes up to 100 degrees too. This is an acer issue I'm guessing. I even got mine repasted, but it still overclocks P core 2 and P core 3 and instantly throttles. I posted more a bit ago. If your laptop is under warranty I suggest contact support and get a replacement. If you're out of warranty like me, oh well.

I understood what was the problem - me :D
I thought these modes in Predator Sense app were about cooler speed and set "turbo". But as I understood only now it's about the laptop performance, and in the "turbo" mode laptop is being overclocked a bit. When I set it to other modes laptop started to work silent and with much lower temperatures. In my exact case with Space Marine 2 "balanced" gave me ~80°C, "performance" ~90°, "turbo" ~100°+ with throttling.
