Predator Ph18-71 shows signs of dead battery despite Predator Sense telling me it's good

I have bought a Predator Helios 18 in January of 2023,and have taken great care of it from the beginning of my ownership. I have used it exclusively on wired mode with the battery caped at 93% to avoid problems which come with overcharging. I checked regularly that it was still in good condition via the Predator Sense app. Recently, I needed to take it with me in battery mode. However, when I tried booting it up, it was if the battery was completely empty, no sign of life. I plugged the charger to boot it up and then unplugged it, and it shut down as if the battery was dead. When it's in wired mode, it shows a percentage of 93%, and Predator Sense still thinks the battery is good. It's even weirder considering there was a time in June where I accidentally forgot to wire it when using it and it worked just fine and didn't show signs of rapid discharge. Is the battery dead ? Do I need to send my unit to Acer ?
