Normally hitting clear TPM 2.0 would be fine from what I've read about this problem, keeping in mind this happened 5 days out of the box, I generally take some time to get things the way I like them and to streamline Windows so it runs efficiently.

I got to the BIOS settings and in there I saw something I didn't recognize, TPM 2.0 and UEFI, over the past year I've gotten to know about them pretty well with all the reading and watching of fix-it videos on youtube.
So yeah, back then I ended up hitting "CLEAR" on the TPM 2.0 for whatever reason, curiosity, I merely thought whatever it was would be starting fresh after I cleared it, nope, it never ran again, I had nothing but trouble with this laptop ever since!

I remember that before I hit CLEAR I actually set up a password of some sort on the BIOS, maybe an ADMIN PASSWORD or USER PASSWORD or something like that, anyways when I did the CLEAR on the TPM it somehow locked all the BIOS settings into a "GRAYED OUt' mode and now I can't clear the password I set either because the thing that holds it is now gone because I hit CLEAR on it, the TPM, looks like I'm stuck in a catch 22 here.
There are a couple of BIOS settings that work as I scrolled through to look, but nothing that will help this situation, thats the catch, I need a few BIOS settings to work fix my issue, but they're not working because of my issue, the TPM being CLEARED.
And no F9 reset doesn't work either, the only F key that works is F1 I believe, and the ones that save the bios and exit you out of the BIOS and on to booting Windows, F9 and F10 I believe. But that's it, no more settings work for me, and the couple that do, are inconsequential.

(Yes, Windows 11 also needs to be refreshed/reinstalled at this point cuz it's running rough, but it refuses due to there being no TPM 2.0 and it thinks this PC isn't fast enough or Windows 11 ready, so this is a catch 22 three times over!!! UHG!)

What can I do here? There has to be some way around this, to reset the TPM, a tool that can access that part of the BIOS? No? Yes?

Thankyou for reading this, I appreciate it and look forward to your insight and assistance everyone!
I'll be checking responses as they come in, I'm devoting tonight to getting this worked out, so I'm watching and waiting, thanks again!

Dan.
