I've had an Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-53-72XD for 6 months but recently, it suddenly turned off and wouldn't power on again even when plugged to its charger( the charging and power LEDs don't turn on). It's basically showing no signs of life. Please help me fix this issue.

That could be a main power rail failure, which is very unusual for a new laptop, have you tried to do a battery reset like below:

As if the battery reset doesn't work, I suggest that you book and send your Predator PH315-53 laptop into Acer Tech Support for repairs asap, as your laptop might need a mainboard replacement that is very expensive, and you should not wait for the warranty to run out.

Get this laptop fixed asap as a new mainboard is like USD $1,540 plus a technician's labor to take the old mainboard out and fit this new mainboard into the laptop case, so it will get to a cost of around 80% of what a new Predator PH315-53 is at $2,299.99 from Acer US, so get the laptop fixed under warranty. Good luck and hope this helps you out
