    You need to measure your spaces as shown in the caption below in green, if this cpu cooler will fit and its not too big, as the spaces around the cpu are tight in the Predator PO5-640. Get the exact dimensions of this cpu cooler and see if it fits.

    Note: Community members have used the Noctua NH-U9S or the larger NH-U12S cpu cooler on this desktop as they are the top cpu dry coolers on the market, if that is a guide to you but the Noctua NH-U9S chromax.Black is $69.00 and the NH-U12S chromax.Blac is $89.00.

    Measure this space marked in green as that is the space that is critical if the cpu cooler will fit and it if it doesn't hit the ram or clear the ram DIMM slot or hit the GPU or its slot as shown below on the PO5-640 mobo. Good luck and hope this helps you out as this is critical.
