Thre is no problem with upgrading to the actual EVGA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER GPU, but you have to makes sure that this card will fit into the space of the mobo that the TC-780 has, and that the RAM will not interfere with the card length that is 7.96 inches (202mm) as this card has the below dimensions and requirements for a PSU.

With the PSU you can upgrade the TC-780 oem Acer PSU to another and higher wattage PSU as the mobo has an main ATX 24pin plug that all modern modular PSUs have.

    Dimensions

    • Height: 4.38in - 111.15mm
    • Length: 7.96in - 202.1mm
    • Width: Dual Slot

    Requirements

    • 350 Watt or greater power supply.
    • PCI Express, PCI Express 2.0 or PCI Express 3.0 compliant motherboard with one graphics slot.
    • An available 6-pin PCIe power connector
    • Windows 10 64bit, Windows 7 64bit

Make sure the the EVGA GTX1650 GPU fits into the green marked space shown below of the TC-780 mobo:

Changing from a 6th gen CPU to a 7th gen requires a motherboard replacement as well…
