Hi Ive been having this problem for some time now, i have an Acer Nitro 16 an16-41. Today i was uploading this folder to google drive and left my laptop on, after 45 minutes i came back to see that the screen kept flickering on and off for some time then when it finally stopped and i logged in everything was scaled up and my 2nd monitor wasnt getting any signal. When i opened task manager i see that my rtx 4050 nor my amd radeon 760m is detected. Does anyone know whats the issue and anyway to fix this? ill attach some screenshots.

The red line is where a 2nd non-existent cursor is, only i can see it but my pc or screenshot cant.

Try these two methods as they both work, first go to Device Manager at Display adapters

Try this first > Go to > Device Manager > Display adapters > AMD Radeon 760M Graphics and afterwards NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 laptop GPU > right click Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the latest graphic drivers for both and refresh the drivers

If that doesn’t fix this problem then uninstall both drivers with DDU and follow this uninstaller instructions to uninstall both drivers and then reinstall both AMD and NVIDIA drivers with a Clean Install as that should fix all the problems that you have. Good luck and hope this helps you out as I’ve had the same problem and either method fixed the problem.
