That's the normal temp and sometimes it goes up to like 99 and I can't run any game over like 10 fps and then it just overheats and crashes any way to fix? Also, there isn't any malware I've tried that, I've reinstalled windows, and I don't know what else to do anyone else had this problem?

You have a pretty old machine, so it might be just having trouble running games designed for newer systems. Typically when under heavy load you should see temperatures steady in the low 80s, with peaks climbing higher. Throttling usually kicks in by the time you hit the middle 90s and thermal shutdown happens once you exceed 100. Have you checked for dust accumulation in the cooling fins on the heat sink?

Uninstall all bloatware and trial versions, keep drivers and Windows up to date and don't have any 3rd-part programs running, Defender and Edge are default programs. No event errors, blank Reliability History, no Turbo boost CPU i7 runs <2%, below base freq. at 0.8GHz. Use Balanced Power Plan and all Windows defaults. Try that, maybe it will cool your system down a bit.
