help my acer aspire 7 (A715-76G) doesn't charge from 62%

i have tried almost all the setting options and acer care app and all the options are not limiting my battery charge to go up to 100%. please help!

    Hi, what is your Aspire 7 model like A715-71G, and when did you replace the battery?

    no , the model is A715-76G . i have not replaced my battery the laptop is only 4 months old after purchase

    after using it for like 2 hours after the post i made the battery is currently at 55% even though my charger is plugged in

    Most commonly this means your adapter is beginning to fail, or you have damaged the power socket on the side of the computer where the charger plugs in. In more rare cases you could have experienced a failure in the charge circuit on the motherboard.
    Many systems support power management programs that can either extend the run time of the battery or extend the life of the battery. The 60% available (plugged in, not charging) message indicates that this sort of setting may be enabled. The battery does not charge to 100% when connected to an AC adapter in order to preserve the battery's life. If your system can only be charged to 55-60%, it may due to conservation mode or the custom battery charge threshold may be turned on.
