Search registry for instances of the words 'symantec' or 'norton'.

Please post the first 20-30 lines of log file.

Can you try Safe Mode boot?

OK. You first said > >i haven't been able to boot to windows > >.

But when you try to boot Windows from GRUB menu, what if anything happens immediately after you try this? Do you get a blank or black screen? Or do you get a login screen? Or do you get a Windows error message? Or nothing happens?

Good for you. Thanks for reporting back. I suggest that you try to remove remnants of sym~antec or nor~ton ELAM startup code that still seem to be on your Windows or EFI partition. I suspect they may be triggered by roblox configuration elements that load at boot time.
