All my settings are for maximum sound output levels are at max. Using built-in speakers. Drivers are up to date.

Level is adequate for Spotify, Pandora, etc.

But streamed output - YouTube, Zoom the volume is very low.

Any suggestions?

Use a sound enhancer like FXSound which is free or the windows DTS which you need to pay if you want to adjust sound, the low audio is a common thing with windows and the audio in allot of laptops especially the Nitro gaming laptops which I have and the sound enhancer which also has reset settings for different sound categories has fixed the low volume issues on my laptop, so try that and see if it works with your Swift laptop. Good luck

Both YouTube and Zoom have their own volume controls. Make sure they are set at maximum so you can use the system volumes to do your actual control.

Try Installing FXSound from FXsound.com. Its a Free open-source software to boost sound quality, volume, and bass. Including an equalizer, effects, and presets for customized audio. FXSound enhances your listening experience with audio technologies like 3D sound effects, which allow you to adjust your audio with a frequency equalizer and its free to use.
