How to handle overpriced repair charges for a laptop bought in turkey

I bought laptop in Türkiye and ı have a charging socket issue ı contact with customer service and send my device to customer service. They try to overprice my issue ı have 500 usd laptop but they want 1500 usd to repair my device. This is obviously a scamming who do I need to contact to get my problem resolved.

    Hi, if the motherboard got busted that is the correct charge for a brand-new replacement including labor, you can try to get your motherboard repaired at a reputable PC workshop, it may just need a component/diode replaced and resoldered. Alternatively try to trade in your old laptop and get the latest model on an Amazon sale with a 14th gen processor and DDR5 RAM. 😉
