I have an Acer A315-58 laptop When I connect it to the power cable, the mouse starts to jitter abnormally

I have installed a BIOS update (Fix AC charge ignore bit. 2. Support Elantec Touchpad SP4WIP3M) However, I didn't notice a significant difference

What is the final solution to this problem? Please help me, I'm tired of it.

The problem is with the mouse and not the laptop, are you using a corded mouse or a BT, as a corded mouse is allot better and more stable when you use the laptop on a desktop as the BT can have problems, so if you have a BT mouse pair the mouse again.

I'm using the built-in computer mouse, more accurately the touchpad.
When using the touchpad, the mouse cursor moves erratically and unexpectedly !!
The problem is that I've purchased 10 devices of this type for my company, and now I'm in a predicament!

You need to uninstall the touchpad drivers on your Aspire A315-58 laptop(s), go to Device Manager and do the below, and then reboot the laptops as the drivers will reinstall as they are probably corrupted and that is why you get a jittery touchpad.

Go to Device Manger and uninstall the below drivers for the HID compliant mouse and reboot the laptop as this should revive the driver and fix your jittery touchpad.

Or go to Search in the taskbar > type in Touchpad Settings > Enter to get the screen below and adjust the Pointer Options in this screen
