When I try to access a web site (my.shaw.ca) I get an error message

The message is :

It looks like the webpage at 

https://www.shaw.ca/contact-us?ucx=default

 might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

When I try to log in with a different device (my phone) it works fine. This site was working fine on my PC just recently. Any ideas on how I can correct this problem?
