Would be great if someone can tell me how to fix the "media disconnected" message after i tried "ipconfig/renew". Those solutions round Microsoft support is completely useless for me.

Please help me, thank you.

    Restart the computer and check.

    Try windows + r - on run - type ncpa.cpl

It might show you bluetooth - not connected , ethernet - network cable unplugged - Wifi - not connected

Try to check whether you are using wired or wireless connection.

If you are using wireless connection - try to connect to wifi

Tried to go online using edge.

Hi, IMO 90% of the networking issues are caused by an outdated router or bad internet link, check with your phone company/ISP if there are issues in your area, check your link with this Ping command: ping -n 10 community.acer.com that should return zero packets lost, if the latency is high (low bandwidth/high traffic) you may get 30% lost with Pings of >100ms, check also with www.Speedtest.net your Wi-Fi connection speed. The more you fiddle with these networking commands the worse your issue gets. In Windows11 Reset Network & Internet:

In Windows 10 follow this routine: How to Reset Network Settings in Windows 10 (lifewire.com)

Do an ipconfig /all to see what adapters are active. The /renew you show says you aren't connected to a WiFi network, so it can't renew a DHCP lease. That's normal when you aren't actually connected…
