can I get a definitive answer on the max RAM for my AN515-57 laptop. it has an i7-11800H processor. I am seeing posts that it can have 64 GB of RAM and others that say that it should be capped off at 32 GB. I have a single 32GB RAM card in currently but will go to 64 if possible with another 32.

Have a look at Crucial Ram Acer Nitro AN515-57-59EY RAM & SSD Upgrades as their ram upgrade recommendations are 100% workable to your model Nitro 5 AN515-57-71RC laptop as well and your laptop can have 64GB max total ram at DDR4-3200MT/s CL22 type ram. Ram depends on the cpu and chipset of your laptop and what the bios is programed to support, the Nitro AN515-57 bios and chipset and cpu all can support what Crucial Ram upgrades above specify and sell for your laptop, as they guarantee their system scan and products above.

Crucial have kits of 64GB, 32GB and 16GB type ram for your laptop as it depends for what you use your laptop for, as and specifically, more RAM makes it possible for you to use more apps, documents, and larger files at the same time. People that work with very large files like large databases, videos, and images can benefit significantly from having more RAM. If you regularly use large files, it is worth having 64GB capacity RAM it makes very little affect on gaming, so be aware of these facts. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Hi, the discrepancy often arises from different testing methods and the specific modules used by each manufacturer. However, according to Acer’s official specifications for the Nitro 5 AN515-57 series, the laptop supports up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM.
