Serial Number Lookup Not Working on Acer Veriton computers

Hello acer-pals,

I have quite a few older Acer Veriton computers and I'm trying to look up information about them. Unfortunately when I enter their serial numbers (copied right from the BIOS, as per the instructions) I'm getting a "Serial Number not found" error. I can't even talk to support because the chat robot won't accept my serial numbers. Is there either a bulk lookup tool or a tool that works?

Just type in the model # and choose from the drop in box . Drivers/Downloads and Acer Answers should show.

Posting your model # may help

Thanks Larryodie, I'm looking for specific warranty / initial configuration for these devices though.

My bad, they may be too old to supply info.

A model # would help the experts

Yes, they tend to purge the database of old models after they have all gone out of warranty. I suppose there must be some sort of cost associated with leaving them in…
