SNID/Serial Number Not Recognized on packard bell easynote te69KB

Hey there! I am trying to update my bios, however when I enter in my SNID or serial number here, (Download Acer Support Drivers and Manuals) it just says "serial number not found." I even downloaded the detection tool, copied and pasted, and it still isn't recognized. Could someone please help me with this? My laptop: packard bell easynote te69KB

    Put the model number of your Acer product in the "Enter your Serial Number, SNID or Part Number (P/N). You can also type a question or keywords" as that is the best way like for a Nitro 5 laptop its AN515-XX or a Predator Helios its PH315-XX as that is the ID of your laptop, also the Acer Support site is sometimes offline and does not work, so be patient and come back to the site when its working.
