Acer Aspire c22-865 laptop stuck after reset, fan runs but screen won't turn on

This issue happen when I was trying to factory reset my computer. i left the computer and it sleep and could not wake from it. (this issue is solved from restarting) But this time is different, because i was reseting it and it had not complete. I need help to turn on my computer. It is acer aspire c22-865 When i try turning my computer i could only hear the fan running and sometimes the num lock light turn on. I have try many things like pressing f2 and stuff but it didnt help. Please tell me how to fix this issue.

    You need to remove the RTC/BIOS battery and short the + & - pins of the battery plug on the mainboard, then take the ram out and leave the C22-865 like that for 1 hour so that the EC chip resets as it could be frozen, then reconnect all components and reboot the PC as it should work. If it the above reset doesn't work, then your AIO has a main power rail circuitry problem that either a power regulator, mosat or capacitor has shorted or boned and it will need a technitian to check your AIO PC out.

    Use a non-marring plastic tool to disengage the latches securing the lower rear cover assembly to the
    main chassis assembly. Start prying from the hinge socket
