Hi, make sure the adapter is plugged in 24/7 and the battery is always fully charged and you won't have power throttling issues. When your battery is low, and you plug in the adapter, fast charging generates a lot of heat, throttling is stopped because you are on power, and fans run at top speed with overheating and fan noise as the result. Try Best Power Efficiency Mode in Power & Battery settings or if FPS too low Balanced mode and set the Fan Speed on automatic.
