my touchpad is not responding in my new acer swift go 14 oled laptop.

    Press Fn + F7 to toggle the touchpad on/off. This is the most common solution.

    If issue still persists then install touchpad drivers

    1. Download the latest touchpad drivers from the Acer Drivers and Manuals page for your specific model.
    2. Install the drivers and restart your laptop. (If the Serial I/O driver is available in that list, then Install it first before touchpad drivers.
    3. Restart your laptop and check.

    If your touchpad isn't working, it may be a result of a missing or out-of-date driver. Updating or reinstalling your touchpad drivers in Device Manager may help solve the problem. To open Device Manager, enter device manager in Search on the taskbar, then select Device Manager.

    Much more likely you just have hit the key that turns it off. There are a bunch of different SFG14 models. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SFG14-xxx-xxxx. On most the touchpad toggle is either Fn.F10 or F10 by itself. Depends on whether you are in media or function key mode…
