No, the TravelMate P215-54 does not support a stylus pen. Have a look at "Acer Active stylus compatibility chart for Notebooks" as this is a list of all the Acer Notebooks that can have a pen.

This is what Acer's site says about that model:

There is no mention of a touchscreen… Where did you see the 'Pen Support' message?
