How do i download Predator sense on predator laptop?

I had an issue with predator sense where when i try to open the software, it wouldnt open it, just shows the logo and thats it, I uninstalled it and I followed the instructions online on how to install it. I used this website and input the model of my computer to get the download for predator sense and when i try to install it through "Setup" it downloads halfway through and the loading bar goes back to zero and doesnt move up, i even gave it 30 minutes, restarted my computer and everything, nothing has changed. Am i doing something wrong?

The picture shown is in french but essentially saying "please wait while Predator sense service is installing". Any help would be great.
