ACER KB272 E Monitor Speakers not working

My KB272 E monitor has built in speakers and I can't get them to work. My PC already recognizes it as the default audio device as you can see in the screenshot.

I'm not sure what the problem could be. Any insight would be appreciated. It's connected via HDMI. There are no physical audio ports, but it shouldn't need any with the speakers already there.
