First completely uninstall the Realtek audio driver at Device Manger and then reinstall the last oem Acer listed Realtek audio driver version 6.0.9632.1 and also do a Clean Install of the Acer oem provided Intel graphics driver version 31.0.101.5008 (688.25 MB) from the SFG14-73 Acer support page link above, install both of these drivers as these are the oem drivers for your Swift SFG14-73 model laptop and they make up the audio components for your laptop.

Also make sure that you have the last bios version 1.12 installed, as the bios does fix audio component for this laptop in version 1.04 which is the "Update AMD Pcode/Dcode, fix ultrasound recording problem, implement MeteorLake DRAM issue solution" that did affect audio. Afterwards, allow windows update to update these audio and graphics drivers to whatever is the latest approved drivers for the Acer SFG14-73 Win-11 OS. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
