I bought ACER Nitro V Obsidian Black 13th Gen AN-15 51 16GB RAM with Nvidia RTX 3050 6GB. It automatically shut down even doing simple task like watching video, it was also not charging after switched off and keyboard started blinking and turning on and off automatically and after I pressed space bar it works well. It happened 3 times in day. I bought this laptop recently last week on Saturday 10th and Monday 12th morning around 1 am, it started giving problems. There is no problem with temperature and it manages well. Otherwise it works well but shutting down of laptop, it seems a hardware problem or power related issue crept in. It worked only for 4-6 hours in total. I submitted this laptop back to Croma Electronics, DLF CityWalk, Saket, Delhi, India ( A Third Party Company). They said, if Laptop has a software issue fixed by Acer than it will be good otherwise they will replace it on approval from the Acer service center.

The power off issue I also had with my new Nitro laptop, and as the laptop didn’t power off when I first powered the laptop on, I discovered that having an old hub connected to the USB port was the reason for this sudden power off problem, have you got anything like that connected to this laptop, as that could be the reason why the laptop turns off and the keyboard also could be affected. Otherwise and if you don’t have anything connected to the new laptop, these issues should not be happening to a brand new laptop and Acer support should replace the mainboard and totally fix your new Nitro AN-15 51 laptop. good luck and hope this assist you further in solving the problem.

Hi, IMO it is a power issue, uninstall all pre-installed programs, bloatware, freebees, promos and trial versions, don't use 3rd-party browsers and antivirus programs as these interfere with Windows Security and Firewall, after you have uninstalled Acer Care Center-AcerSense double check Windows Services if these apps are still running, if you see accSVc and AcerS AgentSVC stop and disable these services in Properties and click on Apply and close Windows Services. If this does not help, reset the system without losing your files, type Reset in the Search bar and click on Reset this PC. After that don't change the Power Plan settings and leave everything set at default, just disable Hibernate and Fast Startup in "Change what closing the lid does" and in "Change settings currently unavailable".
