I have an Acer aspire 7 laptop which was purchased on 11/June/2024, today when I tried turning on my laptop, it is not turning on. So I thought it might be not having charge or 0% battery. So I connected it to power supply and turned it on. And it turns on, after turning on I noticed that the battery percentage is above 30%. Kindly Help me in this Acer Support Team.

Uninstall AcerSense and Acer Care Center programs in "Add or Remove programs" and check in Windows Services that these apps are no longer running (accSVC and AcerS agentSVC), stop the service and disable the Startup type in Properties and click Apply. Reboot and check if the battery will charge to 100% in <1 hour. If not, run a battery report, paste this in the command prompt: powercfg /batteryreport and open the report with your Edge browser, right click and select "Print to Microsoft PDF", attach the report to your reply, type @Puraw or click on "Quote" when you reply so I will get an alert.

Some additional advice for a new laptop, as you could also have had the adapter not plugged into the laptops DC_IN port properly for the battery to charge and for it to only have 30% charge or the adapter is faulty or the laptops charging circuit or battery is faulty in your laptop, which could all be symptoms of this fault(s) and should not be happening with a brand new laptop. If this is the case, no battery report and/or resets or anything that you will do to the laptop will fix the charging issue(s). The best solution for you to take is to send your new laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country and DO NOT open the laptop as it will void your warranty. Good luck and hope this helps you further.
