My Swift Go 16 (2023) has been heating a lot during any kind of graphics processing at all. Any news on a BIOS update for the newer Intel processors? I have a 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700H 2.40 GHz and see that Intel has pushed a BIOS update for it, but nothing from the Acer page. Anyone know something I don't?

Are you keeping the adapter/charger plugged in 24/7? is the battery always 100% charged? Did you recently update BIOS? Try reducing the power mode to Balanced or Best Power Efficiency in Power & Battery settings (right click on the battery icon taskbar) and turn on Cool Boost in AcerSense or Acer Quick Access. Check the background processes in Task Manager, those should not be more than 65, uninstall all pre-installed bloatware, freebees, 3rd-party browsers antivirus and trial programs as these constantly are backing up your system to Cloud and consume a lot of your recourses. Update Windows 11 to 23H2 version 22631. 3958, only update BIOS from Acer Support if it mentions a fix for your issue not just because it "looks newer", don't download BIOS from 3rd-party sites as that will brick your laptop.
